A visionary and passionate advocate for holistic well-being, founder of Innerverse Studios, a thriving Wellness Social Club. With a dynamic background as a former collegiate athlete, she infuses her classes with a spirit of athleticism and perseverance. Her journey took her from the fast-paced streets of New York City, where she researched the nuances of Pilates for three years, bringing the method to her hometown in Michigan. Lagree certified and driven by a relentless dedication to health, Erica's studio is a testament to her commitment to transforming lives through movement with a like-minded community.
